McCain voted against a holiday for Dr. King and only began to talk about regretting his vote when he was running for president, and he hates Southeast asians, like… enough to use a gross racist term, and not take it back. Duh. Not to mention his gross jokes about Iranians/Persians here and here. And the thing about women loving being raped. Are Republicans serious when they say he’s not a bigot?

I know I’m dating myself, and that if I remember Thundercats on TV, I must be of a certain age, but I’m okay with that. This video is amazing. Most notable is how the pictures that dudes drew as kids are juxtaposed with the videos they drew as adults in prison.

Busdriver… Antimc… For the like… millionth time ever!!! PENNYAIRE!!!!!!

The great borough of Avalon, PA, that lies just outside of the amazing city of Pittsburgh, has posted a short film of Busdriver getting the Key to the Borough on their website. If you just want to watch the video, head straight to the “Events” page.

Before I spew my bile, I’ll give you a little biographical note pertaining to my pisstivity. So… when I was just a young, idealistic wigged out little valley dude, my best friend Josef’s mom bought me a t-shirt that said “I Will Respect And Protect The Black Woman.” She was a Black woman, and she had bought them for her sons, and since the three of us were so close, and she counted me among her own brood, she figured I should keep that mantra in mind as well. Not to mention all the girls I was talking to in school happened to be young Black women. So, there’s that.

The second thing is that when I was a kid and growing up in LA, I learned an important extension of the axiom “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” The logical conclusion of that was “Don’t say anything you think you could get beat up behind.” In other words, if there’s some guy in the room that looks like he could whoop you, you probably shouldn’t be heard saying something against him, just keep it to yourself.
