		<description>I am originally from TO and living in LA taking acting classes. I think you should be able to find something for $800, although not sure how decent it ll be. Another route would be to go on craigslist.com and try to find a roomate or simply spending more (which should be easy with $30k and having a decent place.
As for the acting class, my instructor is Donald Phillip Smith (he s also a casting director which helps) and i could not praise him enough for getting me started and successful.
