Do iPod nanos get radio?

I have an 8 gig 3rd gen iPod nano. In the settings list, there is a thing to click on that says "radio". But when you click on it, nothing happens. Do iPods get radio?

Unfortunately, no iPod has an FM Tuner. You’ll have to get your own, but the docking stations (I believe) have radio.
