Yes, go to radioshack and get a radio scanner. Then go to KJI Electronic http://www.kjielectronics.com) and tell them that want to customize a radio scanner and they will do what ever you tell them

  2. If you’re thinking of hearing cordless phones, they use digital and/or spread spectrum types of transmission. You would not hear them, unless they were analog type transmissions.
