you can’t judge ‘meaning’ collectively – everyone has a different importance in certain meanings. it’s not about me saying songs about politics or whatever are better, it’s about me, personally liking them better. I’m entitled to my own opinion pal, and in my opinion, a song that has a meaning more important to me, makes a better song. Afterall, why would I want to hear a song about relationships when I’ve heard it hundreds of times before?
